Graphic Design Requirements: To achieve the best results, we require logos and images in .jpg, .png, .tif, .ai, or .cdr formats at 300 DPI or higher. Web images are typically too low in resolution and unsuitable for Quest Products. For laser engraving, images must be black and white (not greyscale), and for full-color sublimation, images must be 300 DPI or higher. Ensure the image dimensions suit the product being purchased.

The files you submitted do not meet these requirements for the product you selected. This fee of $25 is required to modify the images to fit the necessary specifications required for your order.
