LOGO FORMATS

Quest uses the power and precision of Laser-engraved etching, this etching process requires black and white artwork. For best results upload logos which are black and white, print ready (300 DPI or higher) and in .jpg .png, .tif, ai, or .cdr file format.

FREE TEXT AND ONE FREE LOGO INCLUDED

FREE text engraving and one engraved logo per order is included. If your logo is not suitable, we will estimate the cost to modify it.  For products that can have logos, the “Upload Logo if required” box will appear.  If it does appear, it means the product does not support engraving a logo.

LAYOUT INSTRUCTIONS

When ordering a product that supports text engraving you will be given the choice to upload a file with all your engraving instructions (MS Word, TXT file, or MS Excel), or you can also email this information to sales@questawards.com (please include your order number). Your text will be engraved using a suitable font for LASER-engraving. If you did not specify a font, or your font is not available to us, we will let you know.

APPROVALS

Once your on-line order is received our graphics team will review your logo and engraving instructions and create a PDF proof with the layout of the engraving for your approval prior to production.
